Background

An exhibition booth dedicated to experiencing the aroma and taste of "Yuzu" and "Lime"

In June 2023, with our innovative creative direction at the helm, Daisyo Co., Ltd., a renowned trading company specializing in flavors and fragrances, teamed up with Citrojugo, Mexico's foremost supplier of lime essential oil. Together, they made a captivating appearance at the "Japanese Food" Export Expo 2023, a grand event attended by a crowd of 23,000, held at Tokyo Big Sight.

The booth's key visual was thoughtfully crafted to captivate international visitors. It exuded the invigorating essence of citrus and fruit juices, featuring a vibrant color palette adorned with YUZU Yellow and Lime Green hues. This eye-catching design served as an instant gateway to understanding the exquisite products in their portfolio.

User Experience

The design had a singular purpose: to engage international attendees at the predominantly B2B expo. Our objective was crystal clear—to entice these prospective visitors into making inquiries via the dedicated landing page.

Design

We seamlessly blended the fragrance profiles of the two companies into a captivating image gradation. This dynamic design draws the eye with a different graphic depending on the approach angle from the aisle in front of the booth. All of this was achieved while maintaining cost efficiency, ensuring that every inch of the booth's surface was adorned with eye-catching graphics that set it apart from its neighboring exhibits.

Prototype

To help the client visualize the scale and design of our large graphic, which measured over 8 meters in width and stood 2.7 meters tall, we created a 1/25 scale model of the exhibition booth. This model provided the client with a clearer sense of the project's final outcome.
